I served as MLS Chairman in 2005 and also researched and negotiated the Lockbox system for our West Michigan Lakeshore Association of Realtors which provides safe entry to listed properties with a keybox attached by the listing agent.

Most folks don't know that an Agent doesn't have to have listings to be in business. In Michigan it's about REPRESENTATION. A Realtor can be busy representing lots of buyers and have no listings whatsoever.

On that note, I am an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) having passed the extensive courses and training on representation and negotiating on a buyers behalf in order to achieve this special designation. I believe that being involved with my Association and Community rewards and benefits my clients and myself, after all, NETWORKING is what finds properties and sells homes! This is my job and I love it!!
